I used this site: https://themes.vscode.one/ to create a new theme for my VS code. However, having installed the file, it only seems to open into vs, as shown below, rather than applying. The only way I can find to add extensions is by downloading them from marketplace. How do I apply this file to my IDE?

How can I colorize my files in this way for easy reading?
This is the extension Material Icon Theme. If you install it, you should see something similar to your second picture in VSCode.
The extension you are searching for it's on Visual Studio Code.
It's called vscode-icons.
Link on the marketplace
How to install:
Open VSCode > File > Preferences > Extensions > Search "vscode-icons"
Click install and restart VSCode.
Download your icon theme
Nomo Dark Icon Theme
OR
Material Icon Theme
You can choose your favorite extension by trying
For Android Studio you can use Atom Material Icons
For VS Code I am using extension named vscode-icons
I have a theme and I would like to upload it to VSCode editor
But I don't know how to do it? I searched on YouTube and couldn't find it, I searched on Google
And the results were strange, so how is this done?
Here is a picture of the theme folder:
thank you
Copy the folder with the Theme (containing package.json) to the USER VSC extension folder
C:\Users\username\.vscode\extensions
Or package it in a VSIX file and use the VSC GUI to install. Use the Extension Bar top menu (...) entry Install from VSIX...
I have installed vscode-icons extension. And set this as my preferred File-Icon Theme using File -> Preferences option in Visual Studio Code. All folders and files icons disappear. The extension is installed properly and I could see all the icons in the installed extension folder.
But when I switch back to Set(Visual Studio Code) theme, all the folder and file icons are visible. I have tried all possible options like install and uninstalling packages, libraries, extensions and VS Code itself. Please find below screen shot,
I am able to see folder and file icons after installing one more alternative extension called file-icons.file-icons.
Earlier I tried at least 2 extensions. But to my surprise, none of them worked. So I assumed that, something wrong in the VS Code.
Is there any netbeans trick that would do like Sublime text that if you just type div.header-class then it will then just automatically formulate `
<div class=header-class"></div>
How to do that trick? or is it possible?
I think this is probably through a plugin known as Emmet.
NetBeans has a plugin for it too. The plugin page indicates that it's for older versions, but the comments are reporting success with version 8.1. Incidentally, it doesn't show up in the plugin manager from NetBeans on Windows for me, but the GitHub page looks active though.
The Emmet download page points to this repo.
In Netbeans you have Code templates:
Code templates are prewritten snippets of code provided by NetBeans IDE. You can paste a snippet into your code by using code completion or the template's abbreviation followed by the Tab key.
Following the tutorial linked you can define your own code template to meet your requirements.
How can we remove default HomePage Theme with Custom Theme in DNN 8? I haven't got any blog providing me clear idea about it.
You can change the styling of a page by changing the "Skin" or "Theme" in the Page Settings on the page.
Update:
To create a skin I highly recommend you follow my tutorials:
http://www.christoc.com/Tutorials/All-Tutorials/aid/8
In order to use the DNN Theme Project template (new with the 4.0 release of Christoc’s development templates, January 2015), you will need to follow the steps laid out in this tutorial exactly. If you choose to not follow each of the steps, you may run into trouble and will have to figure out things on your own. As always, support for our tutorials is provided in the form of paid DNN Support and Consulting. You can also visit www.dnnchat.com and possibly get some free support there, but no guarantees are made that support will be provided there.
Prerequisites
The latest release of the Project templates requires Visual Studio 2013+, it will not work on VS2010 or VS2012.
As with the Module Development templates, the Theme development template requires you to have your DNN Development environment configured in a specific way. You should have your development environment running at the URL http://dnndev.me/ good news for you, it is very easy to do, all you need to do is follow this tutorial.
Once you have your environment setup, you need to install the Project templates. This is another easy step, simply follow this tutorial.
Now that you have the Templates installed, you can get to doing the real work, working with the Theme project template itself.
How to use the DNN Theme Project Template
Run Visual Studio 2013 as an Administrator (right click on the shortcut to do so)
File –> New Project
Choose the Visual C# option from the Languages section of the new project dialog
Select the DotNetNuke Folder
Choose the DotNetNuke C# Compiled Theme template for your project template
For the new project creation screen using the following settings
Name: ThemeName (something unique here, example MyFirstTheme)
Location: c:\websites\dnndev.me\portals_default\skins\ (this assumes you setup your development environment as instructed) DO NOT PUT THE SKIN IN /PORTALS/#/SKINS/
Solution: Create new solution
Create directory for solution : Unchecked (this will cause path problems if checked, the templates assume the SLN is in the same folder as the project file)
Add to source control: Unchecked
Click OK
Once your Theme has been created, you will want to perform the following steps.
After project creation steps
Delete the Documentation folder (it isn’t needed)
Switch from DEBUG to RELEASE mode
Build the project. This will create an INSTALL and SOURCE zip file in the /install folder within the project’s folder on the file system (/portals/_default/skins/themename/install/)
Login to your DNNDEV.me site with a HOST/Super User account
Navigate to the Host/Extensions page
Upload the newly created INSTALL zip file (created in step 3) using the Install Extension Wizard on the Host/Extensions page.
Navigate to a Page and apply the skin to your page.
A few items of Note:
The Theme template and package MUST be in the /portals/_default/skins/ folder, not in one of the individual portal’s (/portals/0/skins/) folders.
The Containers are inside of the Containers folder, inside of the project. This is not where DNN expects them to be, they need to be in /portals/_default/containers/ThemeName/. The Project templates will put them into that location in your development environment when you BUILD the project in RELEASE mode. During Installation in another environment, when installing the INSTALL package for the theme will do the same thing.
