I want to use Eclipse for a Three.js project. One feature I expect from Eclipse is direct preview of the html file using three.js library.
My problem is that the project shows well in Firefox, but the page remains blank in the built-in "Web Browser" in Eclipse.
Edit: I found that it is possible to define Firefox as the default web browser (menu "Window", "Web Browser", "2 Firefox"), but this simply opens the file in Firefox, outside of Eclipse, this is not what I dreamt of :(
Ok, dorukayhan, you confirm the fact that Eclipse is not relevant for internal viewing of html files using javascript, like three.js.
As a consequence, I abandon Eclipse and move to Brackets, as advised here.

Can I say Python Tools for Visual Studio is better than Pydev+Eclipse in debugging? [closed]

Assuming you already have Visual Studio, then seems this Python Tools for Visual Studio (PTVS) is a better choice in debugging.
Sometimes, Pydev's debugging will never hit certain breakpoints and just hang(the python native PDB still works), while PTVS works for such scenarios.
Pydev is maintained by 1 man while PYVS is by a team (with commercial interest), so can I say the latter will be better supported?
You can learn more about PTVS debugging in their documentation. If you are willing to use the 2.0 Beta release, then you also get mixed mode debugging. MMD is only one of a handful of features PTVS supports. PTVS also has full breakpoint support, local inspection, watch windows, immediate window, remote debugging, and a debug interactive window.

i have two machines. one with a "locked down" ie9 ... and the other that's not locked down by our group policies.
i'm trying to figure out what ie 9 setting is preventing my locked down machine from prompting me to install an svg plug in.
on the "open" box, when i try to load a web page that has an svg graphic, it asks me if i want to install a plug in.
i've tried playing around with the following IE Settings:
pop up blocker setting in the privacy tab.
activeX filter
disable toolbars and extensions when inPrivate browsing starts.
if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
IE9 might have SVG builtin...http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2010/03/18/svg-in-ie9-roadmap.aspx

I don't know what happened to my Firefox (other browsers working fine). I tried every step mentioned on http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firefox-hangs, but the problem still remains.
I deleted and completely uninstalled Firefox using Revo Uninstaller, but that did not help. The problem is that while I start typing sites like facebook.com after pressing enter Firefox freezes for a while then the site is opened. This behavior is repeated with every click on the site.
I also noticed that, sometimes, nod32 warns me about MEBLOAD TROJAN in firefox.exe, running in memory. The Firefox version is 11.0 and I also updated my nod32 recently.
I found this link http://forum.malekal.com/trojan-win32-mebload-t36996.html in French, but I don't understand what is described.
Can someone suggest a fix?
fixed by running combofix.exe www.combofix.org/download.php

I'm currently using the notepad++ as my code editor..since it was so quick to start i'm pretty much like this..but i have a problem regarding the explorer plugin..i can't add the network drive so that i can access the shared document from other workstation. only the drive C and D showed up. How to show the network drive in the explorer plugin?
The explorer plugin won't show a mapped network drive, but the light explorer plugin will. Both of these are available in the plugin manager.
EDIT: I answered this extremely old question because it is the top Google result for this search, so it may as well have the correct answer.
Assuming you are using Light Explorer plugin.
By mapping your network drive with a drive letter, that should show up in the explorer tree.
