I was able to solve this issue by using -skipPackagePluginValidation option in xcodebuild.
With fastlane you can pass it with --xcargs "-skipPackagePluginValidation" option in gym command

I have already tried to delete Cypress and install it with npm from the beginning, but Cypress itself is working, when I download it manually , but when I try to start it in console or in Visual Studio Console it is not opening, writing me that I miss dependencies like above.
Did anyone have such problem before?

and then try installing again.
I think it had been updated from a previous version, 3.1.3. Go into cache and delete all versions of cypress then re-install.
Maybe that there are missing some vital folders/files like integration, cypress.json... Try to run the 'npm install' command in the terminal for installing the dependencies.
Also, maybe if you start from an existing project, it will be fine (run npm install command also).
I am trying to build onnxruntime from source on Linux. According to this instruction I have successfully built python wheels and shared libs. But I have not seen headers for C API.
There is a build option --build_csharp which seems to enable C#/C packages. I tried to add this option but got following errors.

I installed dotnet-sdk-3.1 but still got this error. Can I ask how to properly generate onnxruntime C API on Linux? Thanks!
Please try the following steps:
- Steps to build ONNX from source code:
1. git clone --recursive https://github.com/Microsoft/onnxruntime
2. Get the commit ID of the version you want to build (In case you want older version)
3. git checkout "your commitID"
4. Install the required version of Cmake on your system
6. Run: <path>\build.sh --config Release --build_shared_lib --parallel
7. A build folder will be created in the onnxruntime.
5. Get the onnxruntime.dll from the dir: \onnxruntime\build\Windows\Release\Release
6. Get the required headers (onnxruntime_c_api.h, onnxruntime_cxx_api.h, onnxruntime_cxx_inline.h)
from the dir: \onnxruntime\include\onnxruntime\core\session and put it in the unit location.
I used CakeBuild to build and test my Xamarin Portable Class Library.
In the build.cake script I defined that I want to use the NUnit-Console to run my testcases. So I do

Now I found my problem and solved it.
The problem was that the NuGet.exe did not has a source feed which points to a public nuget source like "https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json".
This was because my default NuGet.conf in under "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_HOME\AppData\Roaming\NuGet" had no packageSource defined. So Nuget just knows the local nuget package cache under "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_HOME.nuget\packages" and this did not include the specified package.
So after I added a packageSource in "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_HOME\AppData\Roaming\NuGet\NuGet.Conf" everything works fine.
Another way can be to add a new NuGet.Conf beside your build.ps1 file which contains all package sources you need for CakeBuild and your Xamarin project.

I have latest versions of MonoDevelop(5.10) and NUnit(3.6.1 installed from oficiall NuGet Gallery) and every time I'm trying to run tests I'm getting error
UnsupportedFrameworkException: Skipped loading assembly ... because it references an unsupported version of the nunit.framework 3.6.1.0
What can I do about it ?
You are apparently trying to run the tests from inside of MonoDevelop, which only supports NUnit through 2.4.8.
You need to install and run the nunit console runner. Use the NUnit.ConsoleRunner nuget package and run nunit3-console, which is contained in the package.
