I want to migrate from Forestry.io(https://forestry.io/) to Contentful CMS as Forestry.io will be discontinued in March.
I had used Forestry.io and Hugo as static site generator, but now I want to migrate my CMS to Contentful.
Please help me how can I do this, I couldn't find any migration guide

You didn't give enough detail to answer your question. You are confusing composers, there are two, commerce composer which is used with the aurora store. Then there is the page composer for react based stores. This was released in 9.1.7, you didn't specify which version you are using. To make page composer work in the development environment, you need to download the react server and install and configure it in the toolkit. Here is a link to the instructions:

How can I manage Documents, file and folders in TYPO3 7.6.x or can I integrate any DMS in my backend module? I need to manage users, permissions and even create groups of users. I know this is a little too much from TYPO3, but how can I integrate another DMS within it?

Actually I got the answer from NEOS CMS official forum.The answer is mentioned below.
The list is created from packagist. So register your package there. I
don't know how often the sync task is running.

I am new to CMS Tool, so trying to workout with SiteCore CMS Tool.
Went through many blogs but could not get clarity on where to start.Tried to download from SDN but got the following error "Insufficient Rights..Permission Denied"

To download a fuly licensed version of Sitecore you will need to actually buy it. Just registering for the Sitecore Developer Network (SDN) doesn't give you rights to it.
If you're just trying to learn Sitecore privately then what you need is Sitecore Express, which is for non-comercial use:
