I have several reports which have been integrated into a dashboard web app. On several of the reports we use the "Widgets Pro" angular gauge component. This renders and displays fine with visualize.js. The user would like to be able to export some of these as PDF documents. It renders fine if I export to PDF from within TIBCO jasper studio, but when I deploy it jaspersoft-pro and attempt to export it as a PDF or a DOCX file from the server the component does not render and the error message "[Fusion Component Not Supported]" is left in its place.
I'm not really sure where to start with this. I assume some components or libraries need to be added to our server.
A couple other details to mention: The workstation on which I develop is Windows. The server is Linux based. We are running TIBCO jasperserver 7.5.0
Well the local crew ended up figuring this out.
Turns out that PhantomJS needed to be updated and configured on the jaspersoft-pro server, to 2.1.1 in our case.
More specific steps:
Download PhantomJS 2.1.1 from official website and extract to an appropriate spot on your system (like /usr/local/phantomjs).
Edit $CATALINA_BASE/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/js.config.properties and set "phantomjs.binary=/usr/local/phantomjs/bin/phantomjs"
Edit $CATALINA_BASE/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/classes/jasperreports.properties and set "net.sf.jasperreports.phantomjs.executable.path=/usr/local/phantomjs/bin/phantomjs"
I'm trying to deploy a basic ionic 4 application to spaces CDN provided by digitalocean.
I uploaded the static website on gitlabpages and the website is working.
I've tried to replicate the results on spaces CDN but the file instead of being opened by the browser get downloaded once opened.
I figured out it could be the --base-href, and I tried to modify it, but without success, the index file provided by the build still get downloaded
At first I build the ionic app
ionic build --prod --base-href="xxx.gitlab.io/xxx" //code used to deploy for gitlab pages
Then for gitlab pages I deployed it using gitlab-ci.yml file, as explained here, while for deploying on spaces I used a python script
I would expect to be able to upload an ionic build into spaces CDN and being able using the link provided to see the website.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong at conceptual level using a CDN, it is actually my first time trying to serve a website using this tech.
UPDATE
I've uploaded to the CDN again, and I realized that if I use the origin link, it actually load the html (even tho it gives me a lot of errors).
While is I use the CDN link, it try to download the file.
I have purged the cache of the CDN so in my opinion the CDN and the origin should behave exactly the same, Am I wrong?
I installed TYPO3 ver 8.7.3 on my local machine using XAMPP. I want to build a website using Fluid Powered TYPO3, so I started to follow the instructions found in the documentation ( I'm new to this CMS ). I installed some extensions from the github page (https://github.com/FluidTYPO3) : vhs, flux, and builder. In the backend panel there is an icon under Admin Tools to access the Builder extension, yet when I click it there is an error :
Sorry, the requested view was not found.
The technical reason is: No template was found. View could not be resolved for action "index" in class "FluidTYPO3\Builder\Controller\BackendController".
I researched it thoroughly, and I couldn't find either the solution for this specific problem, nor anything that I could use to deduce anything helpful.
So, what should I do to resolve this ?
I want to create VM theme in liferay 7. I made the changes in package.json and changed the templateLanguage to vm. Next I changed liferay-look-and-feel.xml and changed tag value to cm and did gulp build. The vm files are created, but when i Deploy it to the server, I get this warning:
09:53:24,368 WARN [Refresh Thread: Equinox Container: a046c07b-9d60-0017-134e-c4d1864b896c][ThemeHotDeployListener:129] Support of Velocity is deprecated. Update theme testTheme to use FreeMarker for forward compatibility.
Also in the browser, the control panel and header tabs are not displayed and instead a warning is displayed as below:
An app that can VIEW com.liferay.admin.kernel.util.PortalProductNavigationControlMenuApplicationType$ProductNavigationControlMenu belongs here. Please contact the portal administrator or install such an app from the Liferay Marketplace.
Below is the link of how the warning on browser is displayed: Image of Warning Message
What can be the issue?
I was facing the same problem when i migrated the application from 6.2 to 7. Liferay 7 supports freemarker template language. When I used Velocity i used to get blank page and page not used to get displayed. I advice you to use freemarker.
I just started to get my head around AEM 6.0 . Installed an app with 'mvn clean install -Pauto-dev-deploy'. I can see the app in CRXDE and the packages are visible in the packagemanager. It does not however show up in the touchUI. Is it possible to run a preview of this site and how to do it?
In Adobe Experience Manager your application (app) and your content are to different things. Your application contains templates and components with which you build your content.
Deploying your app therefore means that you don't necessarily will have content. Without having a look at your source it is hard to see how and where you can create content. Usually your apps templates and components only work in certain content paths. This is usually defined in /etc/designs/<your-project-name>
If you are running AEM 6.2 I suggest that you have a look at the new We Retail demo application and demo content. The source of which can be found on Github: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-sample-we-retail
