formsubmit.co Can i somehow set email template for autoresponse? - forms

Hello i am using formsubmit.co and everything is working just fine.
But, is there any way I could set email template on autoresponse email?
Email i receive has set _template to table and the autoresponse email for user is still in default setting.
So does anyone have so experiences if you can change autoresponse template to same as the one that I receive?
Formsubmit.co autoresponse set to the templates for owner and client (autoresponse) are same structure

Outlook Show Email Images to User

I'm trying to send mails to some users which are basically built over images. How can I get those images to download by default in the users' (outlook) mailbox?
I did try encoding the image in base64 and sending it, not as a hosted image but embedded in email-html. But that too, did not work :( (I was SO sure that it would)
The client (organization) is well aware of this (that we'll be exchanging mails). Is there any setting that can be tweaked in the admin panel of MSExchange or o365 which can allow this?
Users have to have that set in their preferences. You cannot make it automatically do it as an email sender due to SPAM senders and security reasons.
Outlook allows adding hidden attachments, you may refer mention they in the message body (embedded images). In the message body you may see the following tags:
<img src="cid:some-image-cid" alt="img" />
The "cid:" prefix means that name refers to the attached image with the specified content ID.
Attachment attachment = newMail.Attachments.Add(
#"E:\Pictures\image001.jpg",
OlAttachmentType.olEmbeddeditem, null, "Some image display name");
string imageCid = "image001.jpg#123";
attachment.PropertyAccessor.SetProperty(
"http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/proptag/0x3712001E", imageCid);
String.Format("<body><img src=\"cid:{0}\"></body>", imageCid);

How to send email by simple email address using crm?

I'm working with Dynamics CRM 2016, I want to send an Email from crm using an email address that the user insert (the email Id is taken from a field in incident-Entity and not from crm-user) according to examples online the option is to use entityreference from another entity that will hold and get the Email address, is there a way not to use Entityreference but instead get my email address from a simple field on incident form?
You can use e-mail addresses that are not associated with e-mailaddress fields. It just requires a few steps.
In the UI navigate to Settings > System Settings > tab Email > header "Set Email form options".
Make sure setting "Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent" is Yes.
Now you can use literal e-mail addresses like in this example:
var sender = new EntityCollection();
sender.Entities.Add(new Entity("activityparty")
{
["addressused"] = "me#home.test"
});
var recipients = new EntityCollection();
recipients.Entities.Add(new Entity("activityparty")
{
["addressused"] = "info#acme.test"
});
var eMail = new Entity("email")
{
["from"] = sender,
["to"] = recipients,
["subject"] = "Just a test",
["description"] = "Body of your e-mail"
};
organizationService.Create(eMail);
You can do it programmatically! You can send an email to a person who is not a Lead/Contact/Account.. The CRM will send email but it will show un resolved referenced when you open it in CRM
Update:
but instead get my email address from a simple field on incident form?
This is not possible in CRM UI. But possible using the code snippet from the blog link in comment. You have to query the textbox content and put in recipient party address.
(These two lines are for sending email to activity party email Id from associated record non-email field from CRM UI, without any code or customization for this particular scenario)
Unfortunately you cannot achieve it.
Only way is associated record.

Survey Monkey API: How to add email body as configured in surveymonkey UI?

I have configured my email collector to display the body in french and I sent survey invite through Survey Monkey. It worked well. Default template is used if this is not specified String in Survey Monkey API. Is there a way to get already configured email collector setup message to be sent? I want the emails to be in the language I had chosen in SM UI
The best way to create a new message based on a template right now is to copy a previous message.
To do this, you'll want to include the collector/message to use as a template when creating a new message like this:
POST /v3/collectors/{collector_id}/messages
{
"from_collector_id": "<collector_to_use_as_template>",
"from_message_id": "<message_to_use_as_template>"
}
Note that the message ID in the body needs to belong to the collector ID in the body.

Blocked (disabled) email body field in CRM 2013

In standard situation when you would like to create an Email through CRM 2013 user interface, you fill sender, recipient, subject and body of email and send it.
But in one specific situation, the body (description) field can be disabled and you are not able to insert any text inside.
The cause of the problem is the setting called Use secure frames to restrict email message content. So if you have the problem with the body field, go to the Settings->Administration->System Settings->Email tab. Find section Set Email form options and set Use secure frames to restrict email message content to No. That's all.
We checked this solution, we have the same issue in CRM 2016 8.0 but for us, this setting is already set to "No" and the body is disabled until we save the record.

Wordpress plug-in to instantly reply to a form?

Does anyone know if there is a wordpress plug-in which lets you set up a form which has an email field, among others.
The form, after filled in, would:
send the content of the form fields to an email address (name:joe, phone number: 555 etc)
send an instance response to the email provided ('thanks for your contribution')
add email address to an internal database (which is exportable) within the wprdpress admin
Thanks.
