Problem when declaring an association inside a plugin in Cakephp 4 - plugins

I'm creating a plugin RubriquesManager in which there are the 2 associated Tables Rubriques and Blocs.
Rubriques hasmany Blocs
Blocs belongsTo Rubriques
When Rubriques and Blocs were not in the RubriquesManager all worked well but now there are, I have the following error inside BlocsTable::initialization() :
Table class for alias Rubriques could not be found.
Here's my code :

Neo4j 3.0.3 Stored procedures in Scala

Is there any sample Scala code available for creating stored procedures in Neo4j-3.0.3 ?
I have been trying to create one simple Scala based stored procedure. Below is the Error message I get when I copy my scala-jar file to the neo4j-plugins directory and start the neo4j server :

Your Scala class declares a constructor with a GraphDatabaseService argument, and the exception tells you that it only wants a no-argument constructor.
It's documented in both
the user documentation:
Only static fields and #Context-annotated fields are allowed in Procedure classes.
the Javadoc:
The procedure method itself can contain arbitrary Java code - but in order to work with the underlying graph, it must have access to the graph API. This is done by declaring fields in the procedure class, and annotating them with the Context annotation. Fields declared this way are automatically injected with the requested resource. This is how procedures gain access to APIs to do work with.
All fields in the class containing the procedure declaration must either be static; or it must be public, non-final and annotated with Context.
Apparently it's not possible to create a class with a public field in Scala, so you'll have to create a parent Java class with the public field, and extend it with your Scala class:

Procedure in Neo4j always return result in Stream and it is a latest feature in Java8 so we will also used Java Class for return the final result and For defining the public variable.

Web Api 2 Inheritance No route providing a controller name was found to match request URI

Basically I cannot get my Web Api 2 application to work.
First of all here are my requirements.
In my application I am creating a dozen of controllers ( ProductController, ItemController, SalesController...etc). There are 2 actions which are absolutely common in all my controllers:
FetchData, PostData
(Each controller then may implement a number of other methods which are sepcific to its business domain )
Instead of repeating these actions in every controllers like:

I decided to create a base controller MyBaseController:

with the 2 methods so every other controller would inherit them (It saves me from repeating them in every controller). The common base class has been defined and implemented in a separate assembly which is then referenced in my web project.
Then in my javascript client (using breeze) I call a specific controller like
breeze.EntityQuery.from('FetchData')
where my serviceName is 'my_api/product/'
(in the WebApiConfig, the routing table has been defined like:

name: "my_api",
routeTemplate: "my_api/{controller}/{action}"
);
But when the javascript code is executed I get the error message:
No route providing a controller name was found to match request URI
http://localhost:xxxxx/my_api/product/FetchData
If I don't use a common base class but instead repeat this method (FetchData) in every class (basically ProductController inherits directly from ApiController and not from MyBaseController) every thing works fine and my method is hit. I thing there is a problem with the inheritance scheme. Maybe there is something I don't get (first time using Web Api 2) or some constraints (routing, configuration...) I do not respect. Right now I am stuck and I would appreciate any suggestion which might point me to the right direction. Is inheritance allowed in Web Api 2?
I am not sure why your code is not working. But in the next link (http://www.asp.net/web-api/overview/releases/whats-new-in-aspnet-web-api-22#ARI) you can see an example of inheritance using attribute routing.

Can't extend my class to Eloquent while it's already extended to BaseController

I have a ListingsController that extends BaseController which is fine, my app works.
But now I intend to create a new ContactController and create a relation between it and ListingController.
Each listing should have 1 contact and there's a contact_id field in listings table.
The problem is, to use that, I need to extend my class to Eloquent and it's already extended to BaseController and if I change that my app crashes down.
Is there a solution for this?

As SUB0DH said, relationships should be declared in the Model, not in the Controller, you'd want to have something like this in your Listing model:

and in your Contact model you can link the contact to a listing by using

Entity Framework 3.5: change constructor of entities class

The default constructor in a generated Entity Framework Entities file is like this:

I want to change it to:

This is because I want to have a different connection string for all the dev environments and the production environment, and have no chance they are mixed up (which is what my custom method checks).
How do I do that? This code is thrown away every time the designer file is regenerated.
You need to create another file alongside the auto-created ProjectEntities.Designer.cs, say ProjectEntities.cs. In that you use partial to extend the functionality of your entities class like this:

The file won't then get changed when you regenerate the .Designer.cs file. You'll have to fetch the connection string yourself...
We fixed it by calling our entities ProjectEntitiesPrivate, and what was partial class ProjectEntities before, is now a non partial class ProjectEntities : ProjectEntitiesPrivate, with the constructor I need:

How do I register a generic class to be resolved when the generic argument is based on a certain type?

How do I register IPetFactory<TPet> to be resolved with DefaultPetFactory<TPet> where TPet can be any class based on Pet in the example below?
I'd like to be able to resolve IPetFactory<Dog> with DefaultPetFactory<Dog>.
I've just found examples using BasedOn where the Factory itself is based on a class, not the generic argument.

EDIT:
I found out the problem wasn't what I thought it was. It was due to the generic arguments and an exception of “the arity of the generic type definition” which caused my problems.
And I over-simplified my example. In my real implementation I have to generic arguments and it turns out Windsor need the the same generic parameters to be able to resolve the type.
If I do like this it won't work.

There is a ticket in Windsor's issue tracker to support scenarios like that (feel free to vote for it), but in general this is something very hard to implement... generically (no pun intended), and as far as I know no container currently supports it.
In Windsor 3 you can workaround it by implementing a new interface called IGenericImplementationMatchingStrategy doing roughly the following (untested, I'm writing this from memory):
