Install Glassfish On Eclipse showing Error No repository found

when i am trying to install the glassfish on Eclips i am facing two issues:
1- I can not find it when i click on create new server under oracle folder ..
2- when i am trying to install the glassfish tool from the market it gives me a message that says No repository
3- when even going to add the link manually under available software. it gives me the same error No Repository Found
I am Using Eclipse Version: 2021-12 (4.22.0)
JDK : 16
JRE :jre1.8.0_311
what could be the issue?
For those who don't want to try to type the above:
Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 12.2.1.8 Dependences - http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/12.2.1.8/oxygen/repository/dependencies/
The Glassfish Tools project and it's dependency Eclipse Sapphire have been both archived, but the repos should be working anyway. Glassfish Tools repo is not working though, but both projects have been bundled in Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse, which has it's own repo available by default in eclipse 21-12 (and many more versions before that one).
Go to Help -> Install new software and find the repo as shown in the image.

No repository found at http://dl.microsoft.com/eclipse/

I am trying to add an Azure Tool kit on my eclipse and getting the below error -
No repository found at http://dl.microsoft.com/eclipse/.
I can also see that this URL is no more available -
Error 403 - This web app is stopped.
The web app you have attempted to reach is currently stopped and does not accept any requests. Please try to reload the page or visit it again soon.
Do we have a new URL for downloading the Azure Tool kit for the eclipse?
Thanks.
Thanks for the report. Our Product group is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution.
As a temporary workaround, please use https://azuredownloads.blob.core.windows.net/eclipse/ to get the latest Azure Toolkit for Eclipse. You can follow further updates about the fix on this GitHub issue.
Also, I noticed that installing via the Eclipse Marketplace works without any errors on Eclipse version 2020-12 (4.18.0) Build id: 20201210-1552.
Here is the detailed article that describes both the installation methods for reference: Installing the Azure Toolkit for Eclipse
Supported Eclipse versions for Azure Toolkit for Eclipse:

Unable to install cobetura plugin in eclipse

I'm trying to install Cobertura plugin (http://ecobertura.johoop.de/update/) on Helios version of my eclipse but getting this exception "org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException", It says unable to read repository at http://ecobertura.johoop.de/update/
I'm not on proxy server.
Seems it had stopped development.
I can't install it in Eclipse 3.5 or 4.3 too.
You can use EclEmma, it's easy to use.
Eclipse Helios version is 3.6.x and eCobertura Web site states that eclipse update site works for Eclipse 3.5+. I can confirm it really is working for Eclipse Helios. If you can download update site meta information through browser, but eclipse still cannot see it, it could be a proxy problem or something else that prevents eclipse to access content of update site.

eclipse cannot update and cannot install new software

I cannot install new softwares (plugins) in my eclipse, also I cannot update it.
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Kepler Service Release 2
Build id: 20140224-0627
Check for updates
No updates were found
Some sites could not be found. See the error log for more detail.
No repository found at http://update.eclemma.org/.
No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler.
No repository found at http://veloeclipse.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/update/.
I can use the eclipse internal web-browser, and I have also set the proxy settings
Sometimes kepler update fails on Java 7. Use Java 6 instead.
Ok i tried deleting my eclipse and downloading the latest version (kepler as of now)
And it worked .

IBM worklight 5 - Unable to install plug-in

I'm trying to run the IBM Worklight plugin in eclipse classic, but I'm running into some errors:
First of all, I want to update eclipse, but it seems to take over 20 hours to do so. Is there another possibility to update to the latest software? I need to do this in order to install ibm worklight.
Secondly, I'm receiving this errorcode:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Eclipse 4.2 Dependencies 1.0.0.v20120615_1503 (com.ibm.rational.dependency.eclipse42.feature.group 1.0.0.v20120615_1503)
I'm loading the IBM worklight from a .zip file. Hopefully I have given you enough information to help me.
Update 1: I also tried using eclipse EE for IDE. Then I got this error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: AJAX Web Tools 1.0.0.v20120731_1538 (com.ibm.wdt.webtools.ajax.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.v20120731_1538)
Are you loading the developer version of Worklight or a licensed. I would suggest using the Eclipse marketplace and searching for the Worklight plug in. Typically this is a smoother way of installing the plug in. Where did you get the zip files of the plug in? If it was directly from IBM, make sure it is the newest version which is the 5.0.5.1 (crazy versions, I know) If not, let me know.
IBM Worklight supports Eclipse versions 4.2, 3.7, and 3.6. For the Marketplace client use Juno, Indigo or Helios Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers. (taken from: http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/ibm-worklight-developer-edition#.UTTUNoeH7zs).
If you use other versions of eclipse you'll probably face installation problems.
Also check the "Contact all update sites during install to find required software" option in "Install new software" wizard.
Regarding upgrading eclipse as far as I know there is no way to upgrade eclipse to the next version, you must download and install desired eclipse version.
