I have been struggling with updating virtual field

And here is I how I update a job with client; somehow EF is trying to insert existing client instead of adding it:

I am able to access the list of postal codes within the view of the district controller by using the following code:
#item.PostalCodes.Count()
I thought that I may have been able to use #item.PostalCodes.All().Premises.Count() or some variation of that but this is not being allowed by the compiler, is there any way that this can be accessing the third level premises class from within the district controller?

In the Team class you add another relation ListBanner to ImageTeam class ,you have not set an foreign key for it, so EF automatically creates a TeamID and because TeamId already in the class, it's throw exception . You also need to set an foreign key for second relation.

I don't know if I am doing this right. I have 2 tables Property and PropertyTypes. Each Property has 1 PropertyType. I am using a foreign key constraint. But on the creation of the controller, I get this error already:
